I want this room to be a family room. Or maybe I should make it an exercise room and use the treadmill that I have never stepped foot on that's sitting there. Hmmm, the possibilities.

The downstairs is just a big open space for now. This room is HUGE! No kidding, it's a bit overwhelming when trying to think of what to do with it. It could easily fit a pool table, which Nathan plans to get one of these days, and a ping pong table or air hocky or some arcade games or something. It has room for lots of fun stuff. Bedrooms 5 and 6 and the bathroom are behind me and the 2 doors you in the corner are storage closets. The archway goes into the theater. And the playroom is on the left. The kitchen directly to my left and the family room, or whatever, to my right.

The downstairs kitchen. This is a half kitchen. I don't know what to call it. It's great for parties. It has a dishwasher (which I want to switch out for an ice machine), a microwave, and half fridge that's great for beverages, and a sink with a bar behind it. They are all stainless steel appliances and the pictures do no justice for how awesome these cabinets are. I wish they were upstairs because they are so pretty. They are more of a cream color with brown stain over it and the molding around the top is gorgeous.

Downstairs bathroom. Don't worry, I totally know the ugly purple plaid shower curtain has to go. It's doing it's job for now. It has a marble counter tops with cherry cabinets and a big garden tub.
